NSS activities taken up at CAE, Madakasira during 2022-23

- NSS foundation day was celebrated on 24.09.2022 in the auditorium of College of Agricultural Engineering, Madakasira.
- Bamboo plantation programme was organized on 30.09.2022 ib the campus by planning 60 plants near campus boundaries.
- Blood donation camp was organized on 24.09.2022 in the campus in consultation wi th Andhra Pradesh Vidya Vidhan Parishad(APVVP), Govt.Hospital, Madakasira. In total 20 members donated blood. A blood donation certificate for each donor is arranged.
- Seven days NSS special camp was organized at R.Ananthapuram village, Madakasira Mandal, Sri Satya Sai dist of Andhra Pradesh during 24.04.23 to 30.04.23.In total 43 students of final year participated in the special camp, various programmes organized during special camp is given below.
24.04.23 (Monday) — Inauguration of NSS camp, Cleaning around the roads and application of bleaching powder near the drainage flowing streams at the village.
25.04.23(Tuesday) — Socio economic survey of the village and preparation of
development plan to the village.

Brief report on NSS Special camp
Seven Days National Service Scheme (NSS) Special camp was organized at Jambulabanda village, Gudibanda Mandal, Anantapur district from 14-03-2022 to 20-03-2022. For this camp, 45 NSS student volunteers (25 boys + 20 girls) and 5 members of local rural youth were involved. The activities undertaken in NSS special camp are given below.
1. 14.03.2022 (Monday) Inauguration Programme, Cleaning around the roads and application of bleaching powder near the drainage at Jambulabanda village
2. 15.03.2022 (Tuesday) Socio economic survey of the village and preparation of development plan at Jambulabanda village
3. 16.03.2022 (Wednessday) – Organization of Veterinary Camp at Jambulabanda Village
4. 17.03.2022 (Thursday) – Organization of Health camp and awareness programme in the village.
5. Conducted Tree plantation in the Jambulabanda Village during NSS special camp on 18.03.2022
6. Conducted quiz competition to 8th to 10th class students and awerence rally on water conservation on 19.03.2022
7. Conducted Rythu Sadassu and Exhibition of latest farm machinery and technologies to the farmers and Valedictory function of NSS Special Camp on 20.03.2022
